Common use of Factual Changes Clause in Contracts

Factual Changes. Commercials re-recorded to make copy changes necessitated by local geographical circumstances (limited to a local dealer's name, address, URL, QR Code, or similar Internet, mobile and digital media identifiers, or telephone number, pricing, or a local timetable). Such copy changes may be inserted in the body or beginning or end of the commercial; provided, however, that the commercial shall in all other respects remain the same. These commercials may be used for the balance of any use period for which payment has already been made. Performers recording such changes at the time of the session for the original commercial shall be paid for each such re-recording as follows:
