Common use of Faculty Member Rights to Materials Copyrighted by the Employer Clause in Contracts

Faculty Member Rights to Materials Copyrighted by the Employer. Where the Employer holds the copyright pursuant to Article 27.1(b), the faculty member(s) shall have the right to use in perpetuity, free of charge, such copyrighted material. The faculty member may amend and update the copyrighted material with the approval of the Employer holding the copyright to the material. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
