Faculty Resource Development Board (FRDB). The College recognizes the desirability of a broad professional leave program that benefits the College and the full-time faculty. To support that goal, the College funds and supports multiple opportunities for professional development. The Faculty Resource Development Board (FRDB) will recommend expenditures. The FRDB program will operate under the guidelines and procedures established by the FRDB committee after consultation with the Faculty Senate. Eligibility for FRDB funds shall be limited to full- time faculty members.
