Failed or Returned Payment Instructions. In using External Transfers, Zelle® and Other Payment Services or Bill Pay, you are requesting that we or our Vendors attempt to make or receive payments for you from or to your Eligible Transaction Account or Bill Payment Account. If a Payment Instruction cannot be completed for any reason associated with your Eligible Transaction Account or Bill Payment Account (for example, there are not sufficient funds in your Account or the Payment Instruction would exceed the credit or overdraft protection limit of your Account), the Payment Instruction may or may not be completed. In certain circumstances, our Vendors may either advance funds drawn on their corporate account or via an electronic debit to fulfill a Payment Instruction, and in such circumstances we may attempt to debit the Eligible Transaction Account or Bill Payment Account multiple times to complete the Payment Instruction. If we are unable to successfully complete the Payment Instruction, you agree that:
