Common use of Failed or Returned Transfers Clause in Contracts

Failed or Returned Transfers. If we are unable to complete a transfer from your account for any reason or if a transfer is rejected or returned, we will return the funds to the designated originating account. If the designated originating account has been closed or cannot be credited for any other reason, we will make a reasonable effort to return the funds to you in some other manner.
