Failed or Returned Transfers. In using the A2A Service, you are requesting us to make transfers for you from your Transaction Account. If we are unable to complete the transfer for any reason associated with your Transaction Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Transaction Account to cover the transaction), the transfer may not be completed.
