Failure to Adhere to Time Deadlines. Failure of the grievant to adhere to the time deadlines shall mean that the grievant is satisfied with the previous decision and waives the right to further appeal. Failure of the District to respond within the time limits shall mean that the grievance is deemed denied and the grievant may appeal to the next level.
