Common use of Failure to Check In Clause in Contracts

Failure to Check In. 12.1 If you have not taken occupation of the Room within 14 days of your Check In Date (as stated in the Booking Details) without providing a written explanation which is satisfactory to us, we will treat such failure as an unconditional offer to surrender this Tenancy Agreement.
