Failure to Deliver TJPA Closing Documents. The TJPA’s failure to timely deposit the TJPA Closing Documents and any other documents as required under this Agreement into Escrow shall be an immediate Event of Default by the TJPA without the requirement that Buyer give notice or opportunity to cure to the TJPA.
