Failure to Designate the Correct. Physical Address when Activating E911 Service. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer’s failure to provide and keep current the address of the Location(s) will result in Emergency Calls being routed to the incorrect local emergency service provider. The address of the Location(s) may not be a post office box, mail drop or similar address. Neither Alteva nor Customer shall assume that the address of the Location(s) are the same as Customer’s billing address for receipt of invoices.

Physical Address When Enrolling or Changing Your Address Failure to provide the current and correct physical address and location of your Voipia equipment during enrollment or change of address will result in any 911 communication you may make being routed to the incorrect local emergency service provider and will likely prevent a timely response to your emergency. This must be the actual physical street address where you are located, not a post office box, mail drop or similar address. It is your responsibility to contact Voipia with a new address should you move the VoIP device.
