Failure to Insist on Strict Compliance. The failure of any party to insist in any one or more instances on strict compliance with the terms and conditions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of remedies available with respect to any prior or subsequent breach.

  • Strict Compliance with Laws The Grantee shall perform all acts required by this Agreement in strict conformity with all applicable laws and regulations of the local, state and federal law. For consequences of noncompliance, see Section 23, Noncompliance.

  • Reportable Events Involving the Xxxxx Law Notwithstanding the reporting requirements outlined above, any Reportable Event that involves solely a probable violation of section 1877 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §1395nn (the Xxxxx Law) should be submitted by Practitioner to CMS through the self-referral disclosure protocol (SRDP), with a copy to the OIG. If Practitioner identifies a probable violation of the Xxxxx Law and repays the applicable Overpayment directly to the CMS contractor, then Practitioner is not required by this Section III.G to submit the Reportable Event to CMS through the SRDP.

  • Compliance with Xxxxxxxx Act requirements The contractor shall comply with the requirements of 29 CFR part 3, which are incorporated by reference in this contract.
