Failure to Make a New Agreement. In the event that notice to amend the Collective Agreement has been given and a renewal agreement is not reached prior to the current expiry date, all the terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement in accordance with the Alberta Labour Relations Code will remain in full force and effect until such time as a renewal agreement is agreed upon or a strike or lockout occurs.

Failure to Make a New Agreement. 3.01 In the event that notice to amend the Collective Agreement has been given pursuant to Clause 2.02 and a renewal agreement is not reached prior to the current expiry date, all the terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement in accordance with the Alberta Labour Relations Code Division 21 (130) will remain in full force and effect until such time as a renewal agreement is agreed upon or a strike or lockout occurs.
