Permanent Full-Time Employee. A permanent full-time employee is defined as an employee who is employed in a permanent full- time position and who is normally scheduled to work thirty-two and one-half (32.5) or more hours per week.
Permanent Full-Time Employee. Permanent Full-Time Employee" is an employee who has been awarded a posted permanent position and has completed probationary requirements.
Permanent Full-Time Employee. An employee that has completed the probationary period in a permanent position and is regularly scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours per week.
Permanent Full-Time Employee. (a) "Permanent full-time employee" shall mean any employee who works a full shift as per schedules noted in Article 16 (Hours of Work) and shall be entitled to all the rights of this Agreement on the first (1st) day of employment, and all benefits in accordance with Article 25.
Permanent Full-Time Employee an employee who works equal to, or greater than, eighteen hundred and seventy two (1872) hours per year.
Permanent Full-Time Employee. A permanent full-time employee is one who meets all of the following conditions:
Permanent Full-Time Employee. “Permanent Full-time Employees” shall mean and include employees who have successfully completed the probationary six (6) months of continuous service in any established ten (10) or twelve (12) month position, and temporary or casual employees who have completed either ten (10) or twelve (12) months of continuous service in a respective ten (10) or twelve (12) month position upon reappointment.
Permanent Full-Time Employee. Any employee working a minimum of 35 hours per week, filling an approved established ACUMAE position on a continuing basis, or filling an ACUMAE position which may be vacant on a temporary basis, paid for under the operating budget, and who has successfully completed any required probationary period provided for in Article 12.02;
Permanent Full-Time Employee. A person employed to work the hours of work described in Article 11 of this Agreement. In the event that the Employer reduces a Permanent Full-Time Employee's hours of work, that Employee's seniority shall continue to accumulate while on a Part-Time basis. Also, all the benefits provided in this Collective Agreement shall continue as if the Employee was still full-time and permanent. Subsequently, if the Employer requires additional hours of work in that position, the above-mentioned Employee will be offered to increase their hours prior to the Employer hiring additional staff (except in the instances of special projects, e.g. organizing).
Permanent Full-Time Employee. (a) Permanent employment means employment which continues until the Employee:
(i) is made redundant;
(ii) is terminated;
(iii) resigns;
(iv) retires; or
(v) transfers to another category of employment.
(b) Full-time means that an Employee is available throughout the year to be rostered in accordance with this Agreement.
