Common use of Failure to Occupy Space Clause in Contracts

Failure to Occupy Space. Any space not occupied by 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 21, 2025, will be forfeited by the Exhibitor and the space may be resold, reassigned, or used by Management without refund, unless arrangements for delayed occupancy have been made with the Management. Exhibitor is responsible for full payment of the unoccupied exhibit space.

Failure to Occupy Space. Any space Contracted Space not occupied by 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 21June 6, 20252023, will be forfeited by the Exhibitor and the space may be resold, reassigned, or used by the Management without refund, refund (unless arrangements for delayed occupancy have been made in advance with the Management).
