Cancellation of Reservations. In the event that the HOA Member is not going to be able to use the amenities as reserved, Member must notify the HOA Office by e-mail: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx or 000-000-0000 so that arrangements can be made with the companies that service the amenities. All cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days prior to the event. If Management does not receive appropriate confirmation of the Pool/Wading pool cancellation within ten (10) days prior to the event, the homeowner will forfeit $50.00 of the Security Deposit.
Cancellation of Reservations. The park board, acting through its representative, reserves the right to cancel reservations for groups not using the shelter in accordance with the rules and regulations for city owned parks.
Cancellation of Reservations. A. Tradewind has the right to cancel reservations of any Passenger whenever such action is necessary to comply with any governmental regulation, upon any governmental request for emergency transportation in connection with the national defense, or whenever such action is necessary or advisable by reason of weather or other conditions beyond Tradewind’s control, including Force Majeure events.
B. Tradewind has the right to cancel reservations due to the Passenger’s failure to comply with the rules set forth herein, including but not limited to, the Passenger’s failure to pay for the applicable Ticket under the conditions applicable to the fare for such travel.
Cancellation of Reservations.
A) UA has the right to cancel reservations (whether or not confirmed) of any Passenger whenever such action is necessary to comply with any governmental regulation, upon any governmental request for emergency transportation in connection with the national defense, or whenever such action is necessary or advisable by reason of weather or other conditions beyond UA’s control, (including, but not limited to acts of God, force majeure events, strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, wars, hostilities, or other disturbances, whether actual, threatened, or reported).
B) UA has the right to cancel reservations (whether or not confirmed) due to the Passenger’s failure to comply with the rules set forth herein, including but not limited to, the Passenger’s failure to pay for the applicable Ticket under the conditions applicable to the fare for such travel.
C) Failure to Occupy Space - If a Passenger fails to occupy space which has been reserved for him/her on a flight of UA and UA fails to receive notice of the cancellation of the reservation before the departure, or if any carrier cancels the reservation of any Passenger, UA may cancel all reservations (whether or not confirmed) held by such Passenger on the flights of UA or any carrier for continuing or return space, provided UA or an authorized agent of UA originally reserved that space.
D) Check-In Time Limits - UA has the right to cancel reservations (whether or not confirmed), deny boarding and/or refuse the acceptance of checked baggage of any Passenger who fails to present himself/herself within the applicable check-in time limit for Passengers and/or Baggage.
1) Domestic flights, except those departing Guam:
a) For Passengers who do not need to check baggage, Passenger must complete the purchase of the ticket(s), check-in and obtain a boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
b) For Passengers who do need to check baggage, Passenger must complete the purchase of the ticket(s), check- in, obtain a boarding pass, and complete baggage check-in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Cancellation of Reservations. Members must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all range cancellations, or else a $15/hour charge will be imposed.
Cancellation of Reservations in the reserves made through the official website of GOWERLA M rentacar (www . Gowerla -xxxxxxxx.xxx), cancellation of reservations with reimbursement of costs is not possible, because a lower tariff rate is applied. Except in situations defined as force majeure, such as (natural disasters, wars, death, or a sudden illness of the TENANT). To apply these exceptions, the CLIENT must provide documentary evidence. In the case of the provision of relevant confirmations, the amount of 70% of the reserve value is returned. Also, in reserves made in accordance with the “Budget” tariff , cancellation of the reservation with reimbursement of costs is not possible. In the reserves made at the offices of GOWERLA M rentacar , or according to the “ All Inclusive ” tariff , cancellation of the reservation is possible, but the amount already paid will be withheld as a reserve (30% of the total rental price).
Cancellation of Reservations. A non-refundable security deposit may be required in order to reserve certain dates or based on the parameters of a particular project. The nonrefundable security deposit functions as an “advance” and will be applied against any charges incurred under the Agreement (x.x. Xxxxx Rental Rate, Changes, Damages, etc). If the reservation is canceled, this security deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation of Reservations. If a reservation is cancelled more than 15 business days before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any refund for reservations cancelled fewer than 14 business days before the event.
Cancellation of Reservations. Van Der Valk Golf Resort Inverness will process cancellations and refund monies received up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Reservation cancellations made thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will be charged a $250.00 processing-cancellation fee and the fee will be deducted from the initial deposit/payment. All fees are subject to local and state taxes. Reservation cancellations made within thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies received. Reservations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will be nonrefundable. Van Der Valk Golf Resort Inverness does not issue refunds for cancellations made within thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. Any and all cancellation refunds are paid to renter by CSA Travel Protection. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THIS COVERAGE NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS. Your purchase of CSA Travel Protection is calculated at 6.95% of the rental rate plus reservation fee and taxes. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS INSURANCE WILL BE NON- REFUNDABLE 10 DAYS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID YOUR DEPOSIT.
