Failure to Pay Dues or Service Fees. If an employee fails to pay dues or a service fee within the thirty (30) days specified, the District shall automatically commence a deduction for a service fee from the wages of that unit member upon notification from the Union to the District. The unit member shall be notified of the action (see Appendix B).
