FAILURE TO SUBMIT CLOSING DOCUMENTS. The Contractor shall submit the final Payment Application and the above applicable closing documents within sixty (60) days from the date of Project Acceptance or the agreed to Punchlist completion date. Should the Contractor fail to comply with these requirements, the Chairman may terminate the Contract for cause. The pertinent provisions of Section 7.27, TERMINATION OF CONTRACT FOR CAUSE shall be applicable.
