If you exceed any data usage thresholds set-out in the prevailing FAP for your Package or utilise applications or traffic that we or the Service Provider deems it necessary to manage more actively (sometimes referred to as ‘Congestion Management”), this will result in some or all of your data usage being restricted. This will mean that you will see maximum achievable speeds slowed, significantly at peak times, beyond any normal speed fluctuations that will be encountered on the network by way of overall customer traffic. If at any point in your contract with the broadband shack you use more than your monthly data allowance and you do not add a “bolt on” to cover this amount used we will automatically add a bolt on to your next invoice to cover this amount. If in the event there is not a “bolt on “ large enough to cover your months usage then you will be billed for this use at £0.06 xxxxx per MB used. In the event of conflict between the Fair Access Policy and this section 8, the Fair Access Policy shown on our website shall take precedent. (c) At all times, the Service Provider will measure the volume of inbound and outbound data generated by your system. This data volume is usually aggregated over one or more specific periods eg. peak time, daily, weekly or monthly. This data volume may be compared with the prevailing thresholds (d) For all of our 4G & 5G unlimited data connections there is a monthly usage gap of 650GB per month from the 1st of every month. If a single connection hits the above threshold in a single month then the connection will cease to allow data transfer until the start of the next month. defined in the FAP for your specific Package. If any specified threshold has been reached (including standard monthly data limit) or the data volume is considered excessive by us over any time period as compared to average users, you may be classified as a Heavy User. You are subject to the prevailing a FAP determined by the relevant Network Provider during the lifetime of this Agreement.
(b) The detailed and prevailing FAP will always be shown on our website. In the event of conflict between the Fair Access Policy and this section 8, the Fair Access Policy shown on our website shall take precedent.
(c) At all times, the Service Provider systems will be in place to measure the volume of inbound and outbound data generated by your system. The generated volume measured is aggregate over certain defined time periods. This data volume is usually aggregated over one or more specific periods eg. peak time, daily, weekly or monthly. This data volume may be compared with the prevailing thresholds
(d) For all of our 4G & 5G unlimited data connections there is a monthly usage gap of 650GB per month from the 1st of every month. (c) The thresholds for the applications of speed restrictions to your Satellite Broadband Service will depend on the level of Service ordered by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are no longer classified fully aware of the relevant thresholds within the FAP for your chosen service level. We will ensure that the FAP is displayed on our website at all times.
(d) FAP policies and restrictions are governed and controlled solely by the Satellite Operator and we cannot change any restrictions applied to your Services due to over usage against service level requested.
(e) We reserve the right to amend the FAP from time to time, where we judge, in our sole reasonable opinion, that such changes will be to the benefit of our customers as a Heavy Userwhole.
(f) In certain circumstances, we will provide the opportunity for you to purchase additional bandwidth. Further details of additional bandwidth (sometimes referred to as Tokens or Booster Tokens can be found on our website or your control panel.
(g) Alternatively, you may upgrade your Service to a higher level, if available and your data limits for FAP will start at zero at the point that the higher level service is activated. There is no specific Charge to upgrade your Service Level, only the new level of Monthly (or Periodic) Service Charge.

(e) FAP policies and restrictions are ultimately governed and controlled solely by each Service Provider and we cannot change any restriction or traffic management applied to your Service due to the breach of any relevant FAP thresholds in place at any time.
(f) The Service Provider has the right to implement changes to the FAP from time to time, where it is judged, in their sole reasonable opinion that such changes will be to the benefit of any relevant user group as a whole. In normal circumstances, we will promptly update the detailed Fair Access Policy statement on our website once notified.
(g) Depending on your Package, you may have the option to purchase additional data within any period. Further details of additional data options “Bolt On’s”) can be found on our website. Alternatively, you may upgrade your Service to a higher level, if available. There is no Charge to upgrade your Service Level, only the relevant RRP of the Monthly Service Charge for your new Package.
