Fair View give a true and fair view in accordance with NZ GAAP of the financial position of the Consolidated Group and the results of the operations of the Consolidated Group as at the end of and for the period for which those Accounts are prepared.

Fair View. (a) The Audited Accounts present a true and fair view of the state of Group’s and Company’s affairs as at Last Accounting Date and of the Group’s profit or loss and the Group’s and the Company’s cash flows and financial performance for the financial year ended on that date.
