Fairness and non-discrimination. 11.1.1 The Licensee shall not exercise undue preference towards, or undue discrimination against any person or class of persons in, inter alia, the price and performance characteristics of its services provided under this License. The terms and conditions under which the services are provided shall be uniform. 11.1.2 The Licensee shall not enter into any Agreement or arrangement with any person, whether legally enforceable or not, which shall in any way prevent or restrict competition in relation to the operation of the telecommunication systems or provision of services by the Licensee or any other telecommunication system and/or services Licensed by the Licensor.
