The School shall not have authority to extend the faith and credit of the District to any third party and agrees that it will not attempt or purport to do so. The School acknowledges and agrees that it has no authority to enter into a contract that would bind the District and agrees to include a statement to this effect in each contract or purchase order it enters into with third Parties.
