Common use of False Claim Clause in Contracts

False Claim. The City reserves the right to withhold benefit payments or take disciplinary action up to and including discharge against an employee who is guilty of submitting a false claim for benefits covered in this Article or for working for another employer while on sick leave and is physically capable of performing assigned classification duties.
