False Claim. The City has the right to, and may if it so chooses, investigate any/all sick leave before compensation is paid. Management reserves the right to withhold benefit payments and/or take disciplinary action up to and including discharge against an employee who submits a false claim for benefits covered in this Article or works for another employer while on sick leave.
