Falsifying Documentation. If in response to a request under Section 10.3.1, the nurse may be subject to discipline for falsifying sick leave documentation or for use of sick leave for reasons other than those set forth in Section 10.4 of this Agreement.
Falsifying Documentation. It is recognized that, at any time, a nurse may be subject to progressive discipline for failing to notify the District of a pending absence, for falsifying sick leave documentation or for use of sick leave for reasons other than those set forth in Section 13.2 of this Agreement.
