Family Code Disclosure of Ownership. Pursuant to the requirements of the Tex. Fam. Code § 231.006 regarding delinquent child support, the individual or business entity named in this Agreement is not ineligible to receive payment under this Agreement and, if applicable, A/E has provided, prior to its execution of this Agreement, the name and social security number of each such person (sole proprietors, firm owners, partners, or shareholders) holding at least twenty-five percent (25%) ownership of the business entity entering into this Agreement. A/E acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
