Family Code Disclosure of Ownership. Pursuant to the requirements of the Tex. Fam. Code § 231.006, regarding delinquent child support, the individual or business entity named in this Agreement is not ineligible to receive payment under this Agreement and, if applicable, CMR has provided, prior to its execution of this Agreement, the name and social security number of each such person (sole proprietors, firm owners, partners, or shareholders) holding at least twenty-five percent (25%) ownership of the business entity entering into this Agreement. CMR acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
