Common use of Family Defined Clause in Contracts

Family Defined. Family is defined for the purposes of this Article as follows: parent spouse (including common-law & same sex) brother sister in-laws child grandchild grandparent fiancé(e) guardians (including former) xxxx primary support person or any person for whom the employee is required to administer the funeral arrangements.
