Common use of Family Defined Clause in Contracts

Family Defined. Family is defined for the purposes of this article as follows: parent* spouse (including common-law) brother* sister* in-laws child* grandchild* grandparent* fiancé guardians (including former) ▇▇▇▇ same sex partner Employees requiring leave to administer bereavement responsibilities, or leave required for other persons shall be subject to the approval of the Executive Director.
