Family Planning Clinics. 4.8.11.1 The Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to subcontract with all family planning clinics, including those funded by Title X of the Public Health Services Act. 4.8.11.2 The Contractor shall maintain copies of all letters and other correspondence related to its efforts to include Title X Clinics in its network. This documentation shall be provided to DCH upon request.
