The variable SATELIG indicates whether the policyholder-establishment was eligible for the Satisfaction with Plan questions. Respondents were eligible for the Satisfaction with Plan questions if someone in the RU was covered by the plan on the date of the interview and the insurance was hospital/physician or Medicare supplemental coverage. The Satisfaction with Plan variables are APPT, CHANPROV, COSTQUAL, CUSTSRV, DIFFREF, PAIDLESS, PLANREF, PLANSAT, RECPLAN, SATAMT, SATCHOIC, SATCOVH, SATCOVMH, SATCOVP, SATCOVPM, SATCS, SATPAPER. These family-level responses are on each round 2 or 4 covered person-policyholder-establishment record for the policyholder-establishment and do not vary across covered persons.
