Examples of Supplemental coverage in a sentence
If an Eligible Person's coverage under this Certificate should terminate because of termination of employment or membership or because of a reduction in hours below the minimum required for eligibility, an Eligible Person will be entitled to continue the Hospital, Physician and Supplemental coverage provided under this Certificate for himself/herself and his/her eligible dependents (if he/she had Family Coverage on the date of termination).

Supplemental coverage is subject to the insurance carrier’s enrollment requirements.
You may obtain a Medicare Supplemental or Medicare Advantage policy, however if you are a Medicare eligible resident of West Virginia, you are not eligible for Traditional Medicare Supplemental coverage if you are presently enrolled in a Group Medicare Advantage product.
Supplemental coverage shall be paid by the individual employee who enrolls in the plan.
