Supplemental coverage definition

Supplemental coverage means any life insurance or accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage purchased by the em- ployee in addition to the coverage provided by the employing agency.

• Supplemental coverage shall be paid by the individual employee who enrolls in the plan.
