The variables ANNDEDCT (HX63A/OE09B/OE23B/OE35B) and HSAACCT (HX63B/OE09C/OE23C/OE35C) capture whether a private health plan has a high deductible and whether that plan is associated with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a similar special fund/account.
