In the event an Employee is alleged to have abused or neglected a supported individual of Winnserv Inc., sincere effort will be made to expedite the investigation process. To the extent the Employer is able to do so, it will provide the Union with written materials from Manitoba Families Investigation relating to the investigation. The Union reserves its right to grieve.
