FAMILY TEAM AND PARTICIPANT SERVICES. 6.1 CONTRACTOR shall assign a Care Coordinator and/or a Parent Partner to initiate contact with the Participant and Participant’s parent(s)/caregiver(s) within two (2) business days of referral assignment by WRIT. 6.2 CONTRACTOR’s Care Coordinator shall initiate contact with the referring party (SSW, DPO, and/or MH Clinician) within three (3) business days of assignment by CONTRACTOR and shall request a face-to-face, in-person meeting to discuss the referral and initial safety planning. The meeting with the referring party shall occur within seven (7) business days of assignment by WRIT. 6.3 CONTRACTOR’s Care Coordinator and/or Parent Partner shall contact Participant’s family within one (1) business day from the face-to-face, in-person meeting with referring party. Care Coordinator and Parent Partner shall conduct an initial face-to-face, in-person meeting with the Participant’s family within fourteen
