FARES AND MOTOR VEHICLE ALLOWANCE. (1) A Caregiver required to work outside the hospital during his or her normal working hours shall be paid any reasonable travelling and accommodation expenses incurred provided that travelling expenses shall not be paid where an allowance is paid in accordance with subclause (2) hereof.
