Farm Milk Quality Appeals Mechanism. A Supplier can appeal a milk quality decision based on BMCC, SPC, fat or protein. The Supplier must submit an appeal in writing to the Milk Supply Manager. Appeals must be made within one month from the notification of the test result, milk quality failure, or identification of a quality irregularity.
