Federal Administrative Requirements. The Subrecipient will use its own documented procurement procedures in procuring all materials, property, or services from outside vendors and which reflect applicable State, local, and Parish laws and regulations, provided that the procurements conform to applicable Federal law and the standards identified in 2 CFR 200.318 to 200.326.
