FEDERAL FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY ACT OF 2006. (“FFATA”) REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FFATA reporting requirements will apply to any funding awarded by IHCDA under this Agreement in the amount of $25,000 or greater. The Sub-grantee, as a sub-recipient, must provide any information needed pursuant to these requirements. This includes entity information, the unique identifier of the Sub-grantee, the unique identifier of Sub-grantee’s parent, and relevant executive compensation data, if applicable (see subsection C below regarding executive compensation data).
