Common use of Federal Government Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Federal Government Enforcement. i. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed as a waiver by the United States Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service, the Federal Trade Commission, HHS Office of the Inspector General (OIG), or CMS, of any right to institute any proceeding or action for violations of any statutes, rules or regulations administered by the federal government, or to prevent or limit the rights of the federal government to obtain relief under any other federal statutes or regulations, or on account of any violation of this Agreement or any other provision of law.
