Federal Immigration and Nationality Act. The Consultant shall execute an affidavit verifying status for city public benefit required pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-36-1, verifying United States citizenship or status as a permanent resident or qualified alien or non-immigrant under the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act. The appropriate affidavit is attached hereto as “Exhibit F – O.C.G.A § 50-36-1(e)(2) Affidavit” and incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
