Common use of Federal Labor Standards Provisions Clause in Contracts

Federal Labor Standards Provisions. (Applicable to construction contracts in excess of $2,000 or residential rehabilitation contracts involving more than eight units) The Project or program to which the construction work covered by this Contract pertains is being assisted by the United States of America and the Federal Labor Standards Provisions as set forth on Attachment 1 are included in this Contract pursuant to the provisions applicable to such Federal assistance.
