Common use of Federal Requirements Clause in Contracts

Federal Requirements. DB Contractor shall comply and require its Subcontractors to comply with all federal requirements applicable to transportation projects that receive federal-aid funding or other federal funds or credit, including those requirements set forth in Exhibit 3. In the event of any conflict between any applicable Federal Requirements and the other requirements of the Contract Documents, the Federal Requirements shall prevail, take precedence and be in force over and against any such conflicting provisions.
