During the term of this Agreement, we provide you with access to our most current individual federal tax return preparation, processing and receipt journal software for the Franchised Business. You may not use or have installed on computers used in the Franchised Business any other federal or state personal income tax return preparation or electronic filing software without our prior written permission.
