Common use of Federal Testing Clause in Contracts

Federal Testing. 1. The Employer will comply with all provisions of the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 and the Federal Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 and any other Federal laws and regulations covering the control of substance abuse in the workplace. Any proposed policies or guidelines proposed by the Employer to comply with these regulations will be provided to the Union. The Employer will comply with any bargaining obligations as required by law.
