Federal Wage Rates. (This Section IS Applicable IS NOT Applicable to this Contract) The Contractor shall comply that the Federal Wage Rates attached (Attachment 17 to the Instruction to Bidders) and incorporated herein as a part hereof which are applicable to the Contract. The wages paid under the Contract shall conform to the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act of March 3, 1931, as amended (46 Stat. 1494, as amended, 40 U.S.C. 276a to 276a-7) as supplemented by Department of Labor Regulations (29-CFR, Part 5). If the State Wage Rates and Federal Wage Rates are not equal, the Contractor shall pay the higher prevailing rate.
