Common use of Federally Funded Contracts Clause in Contracts

If the contractor will be paid by Montclair using federal funds, contractor and its subcontractor(s) shall abide by the requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
