FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The Board shall, at the request of the employee, furnish the FOPE with a copy of any corrective action notification against an employee in this bargaining unit, as well as copies of supporting documentation.
FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The District shall provide TFCE with at least ten (10) days prior notice of the Board of Trustees’ intent to initiate layoffs (i.e. ten (10) days prior to the Board taking action at a meeting). Upon request by TFCE and no less than ten (10) days prior to the aforementioned Board meeting, the District shall provide TFCE with the initial list of classifications to be laid off and the current seniority list of affected classifications. A copy of the layoff notice shall be provided to the designated TFCE Officer(s).
FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. When the Administration contemplates or plans on using outside contractors to perform work, which is presently performed by Pay Schedule I employees, the Administration shall notify the Federation of such plans sixty (60) calendar days before the plans are to be implemented by certified mail. Upon the request of the Federation the Administration shall meet with the Federation concerning the proposed contracted work. This section shall not be applicable in /cases of emergency.
FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The District shall not agree to an adjustment resolution of a formal written grievance until the Federation has received a copy of the grievance and the proposed resolution and has been given an opportunity to file a response.
