Common use of FEDERATION NOTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The District shall notify TFCE at least ten days prior to action by the Board of Trustees to lay off. The District shall provide TFCE with the most current seniority roster of those classes affected at the time TFCE is notified of the action by the Board of Trustees, i.e., ten days prior to action by the Board. A copy of each layoff notice will also be sent to the exclusive representative.

FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The District shall notify TFCE at least ten days prior to action by the Board of Trustees to lay off. The District shall provide TFCE with the most current seniority roster at least ten (10) days prior notice of those classes affected at the time TFCE is notified of the action by the Board of Trustees, i.e., ’ intent to initiate layoffs (i.e. ten (10) days prior to the Board taking action at a meeting). Upon request by TFCE and no less than ten (10) days prior to the Boardaforementioned Board meeting, the District shall provide TFCE with the initial list of classifications to be laid off and the current seniority list of affected classifications. A copy of each the layoff notice will also shall be sent provided to the exclusive representativedesignated TFCE Officer(s).
