Common use of Fee and Service Schedules Clause in Contracts

Fee and Service Schedules. Company agrees to pay to Agent the fees and expenses for the Services as set forth in the Fee and Service Schedule. At least sixty (60) days before the expiration of the Initial Term (as defined below) or a Renewal Term (as defined below), whichever is applicable, the parties to this Agreement will agree upon a new fee schedule for the upcoming Renewal Term. If no new fee schedule is agreed upon, then the fees will increase as set forth in the Term Section of the Fee and Service Schedule.
