Common use of Fee; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Fee; Expenses. In consideration of Consultant performing its obligations under this Agreement, Xxxx will pay Consultant fee(s) as described in Exhibit B. Consultant shall be responsible and liable for any and all costs and expenses related to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
