Fee for Marketing Services. If Reseller markets a Lenovo Service which is eligible for a fee and which Xxxxxxxx's Distributor makes available to Reseller, Lenovo shall pay the fee to Reseller's Distributor. Alternatively, if such Lenovo Service is not available from Reseller's Distributor, but is available to Reseller from Lenovo, Lenovo shall pay the fee to Reseller.
